2 Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Summary of Position Accurate physical receiving of material/product in order to maintain integrity of inventory control and ensure delivery of material/product to the proper department.
Essential Functions:
Parts puller 1.
Manage Inventory and ensure inventory levels are accurate 2.
Ensure proper labeling of all parts 3.
Research & Correct discrepancies 4.
Maintain accurate bin locations physically & in the computer 5.
Assist production and repair with parts for pending jobs 6.
Pull and issue to respective work orders in a timely manner and request parts from purchasing, if needed 7.
Review pull lists in a timely manner paying close attention to due dates and long lead times 8.
Assist engineering with production bill of materials and ECR's 9.
Issue all materials to work orders and check and correct job status sheets 10.
Work closely with fork lift driver to deliver parts on a direct path to intended use 11.
Ensure proper labeling/marking of stock and production goods and manage returned parts form work orders 12.
Work with project managers when closing jobs to ensure proper issuing/un issuing of parts Essential Functions of the Receiving Department 1.
Inspect all incoming shipments; ensure proper quantities and ensure proper parts are accounted for, while ensuring documentation accompanies all shipments 2.
Properly label all stock items and distribute parts to proper area/departments and note any damaged goods upon receiving 3.
Follow UPS flow chart as detailed and manage packing slips (ensure they are attached to the PO and are filled in A/P) Job Type:
