Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager ($24-28/hr)You are responsible for assisting the Property Managers in meeting UDP's portfolio performanceexpectations by achieving revenue growth, occupancy, and reputation management goals.

Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm Dependable vehicle for transportation to, from, and around the portfolio Proficiency with social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent phone, written, and in-person communications Job Duties include:
Manage the day-to-day administration of the office, including answering the telephone during normal business hours; interacting with residents in a courteous and professional manner; sorting, distributing, and answering mail daily; and handling resident inquiries and concerns Act as a leasing consultant for the portfolio and as a point of contact for prospective residents calling and/or visiting properties to inquire about leasing availability Lead friendly, upbeat, and informative apartment and community tours Exercises common sense, good judgment, consistency, and self-control in day-to-day contact with residents and in other business-related matters Assist the Property Managers in designing and implementing resident retention programs Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address issues in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements.
Collect and post rent and other receivables Prepare regular reports using Yardi Property Management software and Microsoft Excel Handle move-ins, move-outs, security deposit refunds, damage assessment, and all aspects of the leasing and market-ready process Collaborate with Senior General Manager, Property Managers, Leasing Agents, and Maintenance Team members to meet performance goals Distribute all company or community-issued notices Follow all Fair Housing Laws and Regulations Powered by JazzHRPI225033788 Recommended Skills Administration Communication Friendliness Maintenance Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
